General Information:

• At check-in, you must show a valid ID or travel document where it is mandatory that the holder of the document is the main person in the booking.

• It is mandatory that the name on the credit card used at check-in matches the main name entered in the booking.

• The prices displayed include taxes and charges unless otherwise stated.

• Bookings are confirmed only after the payment process is completed and the confirmation email is received.

• For special requests, you can make special requests (such as adjoining rooms, additional family, etc.), but they are subject to availability in the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.

• You may be required to pay additional charges upon arrival such as: city fees or tourism fees, according to the policy of each country and hotel.
