The Ambassador Signature cruise offers a luxurious experience in the pristine waters of Lan Ha Bay, a newly designated UNESCO Heritage Site. Please note that all passengers are required to provide full details (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport or ID number, and any dietary restrictions) at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests who do not register in advance will be unable to board. Late registrations may incur a penalty fee. Please contact us at +84 886 569 969 to provide your information. Check-in is between 10:45 AM and 11:25 AM at the Ambassador Lounge, located on the first floor of the terminal at Halong Sungroup International Cruise Port. After receiving your key card, you will be transferred by tender from Halong Port to Lan Ha Bay for embarkation. Late arrivals may be subject to a penalty fee or denied boarding. Please also note that the room rate does not include transportation fees and that children aged 5-11 will incur a surcharge.
